Now that we are getting closer getting up to the Harvest Moon Ranch, we remember how much you have done for us, not just on this deal, but on every one of the times we have worked with you.

Whenever we took you on one of our crazy searches, it seemed like no search was too crazy for you! You kept the Denali gassed up just for us (ha!), you kept up with our wild ideas, worked ridiculous hours, and helped us narrow our focus. You enthusiastically brought us new listings as soon as our potential “dream” hit the market and followed our hunches just as quickly. We loved that you brought your puppy on the treks, that you were a good sport about trampling around in the hills with your little shoes, and that you enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air as much as we did. The “chase” was never discouraging; we enjoyed our rides with you so much that we would talk about them for days. You were honest about various property assessments and we knew we could completely count on the information that you gave us. Your quirky sense of humor is a perfect fit for calming a nervous buyer but when the time came to be professional, professional you always are. We know that you have a good relationship with so many realtors, making negotiations and closings so much easier.

Jan, I hope that we are able to buy something else before we all are too old to enjoy the chase! If/When we are able to build on the HMR, you will be one of the absolute first people we invite to see the view. Until then, you and Jim are invited and welcome to visit our little camper for a hot dog on a stick over a little camp fire. Well, maybe we could do better than THAT! Jim could even shoot something for dinner! Wouldn’t that be fun?
